Rick Owens, temple of love

The Palais Galliera offers an immersive experience into the work of this avant-garde and unconventional fashion designer, looking back at his beginnings in Los Angeles and his most recent collections since he moved to Paris in 2003.
For this exhibition, Rick Owens reveals his fascination with the sacred, which infuses most of his creations. His influences are many and varied, drawing on the literature of Joris-Karl Huysmans, modern and contemporary art, and the great Hollywood films of the early 20th century.
The designer, who is also the artistic director of this retrospective, has worked with the museum to create a unique exhibition that extends to the façade and the museum garden.
