L’Adage à la rose: the Yule log from Café de la Paix x Repetto

For the festive season, the Café de la Paix, located in the heart of the InterContinental Paris Le Grand, has teamed up with Maison Repetto to create an exceptional dessert: “L’Adage à la rose“.

Inspired by the ballet Sleeping Beauty, this Yule log celebrates the elegance of movement and pays tribute to the iconic neighbouring Opéra Garnier.

Created by pastry chef Simon Letaillieur, the log combines mandarin and vanilla mousse, rosewater sponge cake, crunchy pistachio praline and milk chocolate-covered candied mandarin.

A light and refined composition, combining grace and indulgence.

Available from 8 to 25 December 2025, to order, this creation marks a refined encounter between the art of dance and that of Parisian pâtisserie.
