The Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme unveils its ‘Goûter Glacé’, created by Naraé Kim and Diane Benoit du Rey
From 1 July to 30 September 2026, the Park Hyatt Paris Vendôme will be transformed into a summer haven to host ‘Le Goûter Glacé’, a collection of frozen pastries created by pastry chef Naraé Kim. Conceived as a true artistic performance, this seasonal menu is accompanied by tableware bespoke-designed by the artist Diane Benoit du Rey, offering an experience where culinary creation and artistic expression come together.
Le Goûter Glacé: Naraé Kim’s summer tribute
Inspired by the gentle warmth of a summer’s afternoon, the new menu celebrates sun-kissed produce, fresh herbs and childhood memories. It unveils a series of frozen creations: Tropézienne ice cream, Pine Nut Tart, Madagascar Vanilla Bricelet, etc.
Tableware: an extension of LUMINANCE
The Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme continues its dialogue between the art of living and contemporary art, building on the LUMINANCE installation presented in the spring. This summer, artist Diane Benoit du Rey is collaborating once again with the hotel to design an exclusive collection of ice-cream bowls, saucers and dessert plates, created in partnership with a Parisian ceramicist from the 20th arrondissement.
The interplay of colour transitions and the chromatic harmonies of these unique pieces create a dialogue with the ice-cream creations, transforming every tasting into an experience where the vessel becomes a natural extension of the dessert.
Five bespoke sets have thus been created, to complement the five desserts devised by the head chef.
