The unmissable culinary event returns beneath the iconic glass roof of the Grand Palais for four days of tastings, masterclasses and gastronomic encounters.

From 21 to 24 May 2026, the Grand Palais will once again be transformed into a mecca for French gastronomy to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Taste of Paris. Beneath its majestic glass roof, more than 80 chefs — established Michelin-starred chefs, young prodigies and renowned pastry chefs — will set up their pop-up kitchens to offer the public tasting portions of their signature dishes.

Organised into lunch and evening sessions, the festival invites everyone to create their own culinary journey as they wander from one stand to the next. Alongside this, a market featuring 50 exceptional producers and artisans, live cooking demonstrations and interactive workshops enhance the experience.

Between bites, the festive atmosphere continues thanks to DJ sets and champagne bars, transforming each session into a true celebration of the French art of living.
