Three restaurants, three distinct worlds
Maison Roland, the hotel’s Parisian bistro which opened in the spring, showcases the classics of French cuisine. To mark this occasion, seasonal dishes are on offer to guests, such as beef onglet with pepper sauce or trout fillet with sorrel, complementing signature desserts such as île flottante.
Les Salons du Prince, meanwhile, offers elegant and fresh cuisine, including tuna and avocado tartare with a kalamansi lemon and basil oil vinaigrette, and steamed sea bass fillet with buttermilk sauce, salmon roe and citrus-infused rice.
