Perched on the roof of the iconic department store on Rue Haussmann, Air France’s new pop-up restaurant invites guests to enjoy an extraordinary sensory experience. Designed as a gourmet stopover between sky and city, this 20-seat restaurant is inspired by the hushed atmosphere of the airline’s lounges.
Reflecting the culinary excellence served in Business class on long-haul flights, the menu has been created by three renowned talents: three-star chef Régis Marcon, pastry chef Nina Métayer, voted World Pastry Chef 2023, and Xavier Thuizat, Best Sommelier in France 2022.
In collaboration with Servair, they orchestrate an experience where every detail – from the tableware to the wine – evokes the art of French travel. Located on the eighth floor of the Coupole building of the department store, the restaurant offers spectacular views over the rooftops of Paris, from the Sacré-Cœur to the Eiffel Tower.
