The Ducasse Baccarat restaurant, located in Paris’s 16th arrondissement, has been awarded the prestigious Prix Versailles, which each year recognises the world’s most beautiful establishments for their architecture, design and overall experience.

This international distinction honours a place where gastronomy interacts with art and heritage.

Nestled within the legendary Maison Baccarat, this exceptional address reveals a décor of rare sophistication.

Designed by Aliénor Béchu and the Volume ABC studio, the space sublimates Baccarat crystal in a masterful play of light, combining precious marble, noble materials and contemporary artworks.

Cooking with precision

In the kitchen, Alain Ducasse, accompanied by Christophe Saintagne and Robin Schroeder, offers a precise and contemporary approach. The dishes highlight the ingredients and the season, with cuisine that is clear, balanced and faithful to the fundamentals of French gastronomy.

With this accolade, Ducasse Baccarat affirms its status as an exceptional destination, where the French art of living is revealed in its most refined form, making each meal a moment suspended between gastronomy and art.
