Since 2023, Le Cordon Bleu Paris has been based in an iconic location: the Hôtel de la Marine, on Place de la Concorde.

In the intimate setting of the former apartments of Madame de Ville d’Avray, Le Cordon Bleu Paris offers wine dinners combining gastronomy and conviviality every Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

For two hours, food and wine pairings will be enhanced by a gourmet dinner created by Chef Éric Briffard, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, and a careful selection of exceptional wines from passionate producers representing their unique terroirs.

Each dish, designed with precision and remarkable creativity, will be paired with a wine selected to magnify its flavours.

Our head sommelier will accompany you throughout this experience with four pairings, sharing his knowledge and anecdotes about the wines, their origins and the secrets of the art of perfect pairings.

From aperitif to dessert, he will guide you on an enriching and convivial sensory exploration, ideal for discerning connoisseurs or those curious about gastronomy and oenology.
