Le Saint James Paris unveils its Michelin-starred chef's summer menu

Nestled in a green setting in the 16th arrondissement, the Saint James Paris combines the elegance of a Belle Époque mansion with the hushed atmosphere of a private club. A member of Relais & Châteaux, the establishment cultivates a unique identity combining heritage, discreet luxury and the Parisian art of living.

At the Michelin-starred Bellefeuille restaurant, chef Grégory Garimbay has unveiled his summer menu. Inspired by his childhood memories, family traditions and local produce, his sensitive and creative cuisine is based on three elements: vegetables, minerals and iodine. Fish sourced from responsible fisheries, selected French meats, vegetables grown in the Île-de-France region… each dish reflects a strong commitment to sustainable, flavourful and authentic gastronomy.

The spring-summer menu celebrates the generosity of raw, seasonal produce in creations that are both delicate and daring: spider crab with caviar, squash with Camargue black rice, milk-fed lamb with kombu seaweed, chocolate with pine needles… A poetic and refined menu, available in three, four or six courses, with or without wine pairings.

Under the leadership of Grégory Garimbay, the Bellefeuille restaurant affirms a contemporary vision of haute cuisine. An invitation to slow down, taste and contemplate.
