Led by an expert, you will discover the history of the House, the origins of caviar, and the different stages of its production, from the careful selection of roe to the subtle art of maturation.

At the end of this exploration, you will have the privilege of taking part in an exclusive tasting of four exceptional caviars: Baeri Français, Osciètre Prestige, Kristal, and Beluga. This tasting takes place in the heart of the laboratory, offering an authentic and intimate setting, and is accompanied by salmon heart, homemade blinis, as well as glasses of champagne and vodka shots, according to individual preferences, to enhance the tasting experience.
