Brach Paris

Brach Paris is located in the heart of Paris’s magnificent 16th arrondissement. Here, Evok Collection has created a convivial and sophisticated art de vivre. It provides visitors with a joyful, authentic, immersive experience, a contemporary interpretation of local community life. Well-being, energy and attention to detail are for everyone.
The visionary designer Philippe Starck was given carte blanche over its 7,000 m² surface area.
The result is 1930s-architecture-meets-modernism, Bauhaus, Dada and surrealism, with warm tones and natural, raw materials such as wood, leather, concrete, glass, marble and metal. With 59 rooms and suites, terraces and the rooftop with breathtaking views over Paris's skyline and the Eiffel Tower, Brach offers a a privileged, cosmopolitan and truly astonishing setting.
Swimming pools, sports club, bar, restaurant, grocery store and patisserie make Brach a place of culture and well-being, a meeting place to enjoy from morning till night.
Intimate yet welcoming to all, Brach is a combination of contrasts and opposites that complement each other but never clash. A vibrant, authentic, unique patchwork.

Nolinski Paris

Just a stone throw away from the Comédie Française and the Louvre stands a vibrant place of French “Art de vivre” : the Nolinski Paris.
This sublime, characterful haven bears the signature eclectic refinement of interior designer Jean-Louis Deniot. A minimalist reception area in Carrara marble. Discretion assured in the private apartments of this exclusive establishment, which holds the secret to combining manners and social etiquette with contemporary aesthetics, classic prestige, a touch of genius and dare. For locals and visitors alike. Nolinski Paris is a remarkable place with unique character and contemporary aesthetics, melding modernity with refinement and freedom, accompanied by attentive, bespoke service. Noble materials, iconic pieces, mouldings, ceramics and the interplay of lights and mirrors: every little detail and every object gives the rooms the look and feel of private apartments.
The spirit of Nolinski is illustrated in a remarkable and multifaceted gastronomic array offered by Philip Chronopoulos. Under the shimmering reflections of a silver leaf ceiling, Nolinski invites guests and regulars to relax at the « Grand Salon” and unwind in a cosy ambience underlined by the protective tweed curtains, thick carpet of emerald green and blue hues, and incredible wall covering by Florence Girette.
Finally, the Spa is an interlude from the bustling city, unaffected by the passing of time. Granite flooring, wood panelling, candles, mirrors, a lap pool, treatments by myBlend, a sauna and a hammam.

Cour des Vosges

Considered a mansion by some, a chateau by others, Cour des Vosges is experienced as an exceptional residence welcoming epicureans, pleasure seekers, history buffs, and lovers of Paris. The butler hands over the key to the rooms and suites, each of which feels like a pied-à-terre. Each landing recalls the architectural features of 17th-century buildings.
Each hallway seems to lead, as in the past, toward stately apartments.
Evok Collection welcomes you to the former Hôtel de Montbrun, a 17th-century

Residence at 19 place des Vosges.
A unique and historic site, it was the royal square Henri IV planned in 1605, and therefore the oldest square in Paris.
On this exclusive landmark site, each room or suite in this 5-star hotel opens onto Square Louis XIII and its splendid houses with their recognizable pink brick façades and slate roofs.
The place des Vosges has housed shops on the ground floors of its buildings since the 17th century. In keeping with this tradition and history,
Cour des Vosges features a restaurant and tearoom. It offers light gourmet fare for breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea. The 'Brach Pastry Shop Corner' also presents a selection of sweet treats. On the ground floor, a doorway leads to the hotel’s relaxation space. Here, under a vaulted ceiling, guests come to pamper themselves, relax, dream and feel revitalized ... in a Roman bath.

Palais Royal Restaurant Paris

The Palais Royal Restaurant is tucked away between the Palais Royal’s columns and blends in with its surroundings, thanks to Christophe Tollemer’s inspired decor. It all adds to the feeling of gentleness that you experience when you enter the place.
It is revealed in a smile, an attentiveness, a detail that makes this restaurant a singular, two-starred establishment. Under the soft light of the wall sconces, the Palais Royal Restaurant combines modern furnishings with elegant table settings. The tableware, lighting and linen, the subtle tones, all add to this warm, intimate atmosphere. On the upper level, two private rooms invite guests into the world of a Parisian apartment.
On sunny days, the restaurant extends into the heart of the garden, where you can enjoy dinner.
Philip Chronopoulos is the Palais Royal Restaurant’s two Michelin-starred Chef.

The combination of his Greek heritage and his fundamental training in French gastronomy at the Institut Paul Bocuse gives him a unique culinary identity.
The menu reveals flavours that inspire the Chef. The shared amuse-bouche mezze are an introduction to the flavours that influenced his Greek childhood. The menu showcases French cuisine and fresh produce, with a nod to the Mediterranean.
Whether you choose the lunch menu, the route from Athens to Paris, or à la carte, you will delight in Philip Chronopoulos’ creations.
