The Plaza Athénée is embracing Italian style with the Terrasse Eden
The Plaza Athénée’s Terrasse Eden takes on the feel of a genuine Italian-style terrazza, combining its iconic red awnings with décor and scents that evoke Italy. Olive trees, lemon trees and oregano capture the essence of southern Italy and invite you on a journey without leaving your seat.
The menu is equally impressive, perfectly capturing the authenticity of Italian cuisine with the signature style of Eden’s head chef, Salvatore Bianco.
Classic dishes are reimagined alongside original creations, such as burrata with candied Datterino tomatoes, courgette flowers, ricotta and pecorino, or octopus alla Luciana.
Food lovers, meanwhile, can savour a reimagined tiramisu, featuring a chilled mascarpone cream that lends it a refreshing lightness.
