Suite Lalique at the Prince de Galles, between sky and crystal
The Prince of Wales has partnered with Lalique, the iconic French crystal maker, to renovate its largest suite. The project was entrusted to renowned designer Patrick Hellmann, who has successfully combined contemporary minimalism with the timeless elegance of Art Deco. The result is a 180 m² modern interpretation of the hotel’s iconic lines, a true symbol of French glamour.
Nestled on the 8th and 9th floors, this sumptuous duplex perfectly embodies the values shared by The Prince of Wales, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Paris, and Lalique: discretion and celebration of French craftsmanship and expertise.
Intimacy and finesse are evident in this first chapter through the large bay windows, the deconstructed clock and the Italian inspirations with the stunning blown glass mosaic on the floor.
A majestic staircase highlights a parade of crystal Dahlias, an iconic creation by the House of Lalique.
Then we discover the second exclusive chapter of this Suite.
An exceptional black and gold lounge opens onto a breathtaking and unique view of the majestic Eiffel Tower, subtly integrated into a sumptuous setting. Continue this visual experience in the reception room, where the fusion of light colours reveals a breathtaking panorama of the Sacré-Cœur.
The bedroom, enveloped in the elegance of the famous Coutard de Lalique panels, embodies the spirit of the place: refinement and character. The marble bathroom, the jewel in the crown of this Suite, is enhanced by a freestanding bathtub offering a spectacular view of Madame Eiffel.
Finally, beyond the living room, reception room and bedroom, a 100 m² terrace offers a 280° panoramic view of the rooftops and wonders of Paris, for a timeless experience.
Our Lalique Suite is a true gem where the transparency and light of crystal are a wonder for all.
